Stratum Press's Second Novella, CLEAVE, is complete!
MY DARK FANTASY NOVELLA, CLEAVE, IS COMPLETE
The first Stratum Press novella, Hotel Erebus, is going to print soon and then to the Kickstarter backers who pre-ordered it. CLEAVE is now done. The novella has clocked in at 42k words and 150 pages. It’s a super-fun action-adventure story set in a dark fantasy world where life is cruel and blood flows like water. Cleave, the barbarian from the northlands, teams up with a feisty and tough goblin girl named Gishna to hunt down a band of cultists trying to bring about the end of days.

The Kickstarter page for CLEAVE will go live in a few weeks. I’m considering adding some kind of stretch goal for a bonus chapter or scene.
WHAT’S NEXT?
I’m weighing my options as to what the next novella will be. I’m leaning towards a cyberpunk story featuring a sexy, no-nonsense law enforcer in the late 21st century. The novella will be heavily influenced by 90s anime like Wicked City, Angel Cop, Akira and Ghost in the Shell and would feature over-the-top action for fans of sci-fi, cyberpunk and outlandishly sexy heroines.
I’m thinking the page count will hover between 150 and 175 pages. There will be updates soon regarding this absolutely MAD woman.
