Short Stories: What Would You Want To Read?

As I work on my first novel in a decade, I was considering working on some short stories after the novel’s first draft is done and it’s passed to an editor.

I’m interested mostly in writing fiction, although I am reading some non-fiction.

What kinds of short stories would you be interested in reading? I’d post the stories here.
