HORROR FANS UNITE - Even The Undead Deserve Justice
Do you like horror books and movies? How about action? How about sexy female protagonists? If so, I have something for you. I’m nearing completion on the first draft of the NECROPOLICE: BLOODSTORM novel.
SYNOPSIS
Necropolice: Bloodstorm is a horror/action novel written by S.A. Reyes-Jones about a young woman named Ursula Graves who works for a supernatural law enforcement agency called the Necropolice. She resides in a Gothic urban sprawl called the Necropolis that is home to teeming millions of repentant sinners.
Ursula is sent to a pastoral town called Belarad to investigate a missing Necropolice agent. She finds that the townspeople are afflicted with a strange plague that has turned them into monsters. As the mystery runs deeper, she discovers that the key to finding the agent and saving the town is buried in a past she wishes she could forget. Ursula will have to fight her own personal demons to save the day.

The book is looking to end out at 175 pages/53k words. I write off of relatively tight outlines to where I know how long scenes will run almost to the page, and the remainder of the book I’ve yet to write looks like that’s where the book will end.
I call books like Necropolice: Bloodstorm “thrill rides” meaning that it’s a relatively quick read—a few hours—that has little fat, moves like a bullet train and is very re-readable. This newest book falls within that description. I think you’ll love it.
The world of Necropolice evokes a similar feeling to franchises like Judge Dredd, Resident Evil, Priest, The Exorcist, Evil Dead, Warhammer and more. The image at the bottom of this post shows many more of the inspirations.
Necropolice: Bloodstorm is going to the printers in a few weeks. We fulfilled the Hotel Erebus and CLEAVE campaigns within 1-2 weeks and will do the same here. I’m already planning a sequel that will take protagonist Ursula Graves to new horizons with new threats, new allies and new stories.

Not only is the main book available, but a massive 400-page anthology called Smoke, Steel and Shadows that combines Hotel Erebus, CLEAVE and Necropolice: Bloodstorm, an Image Gallery book, Sketch Gallery book, a set of stickers and a bookmark.
There’s less than three weeks left in the campaign and the materials will immediately go to the printers as soon as the campaign ends. Fulfillment will take no longer than one to two weeks.
